Objectives of the operation
The purpose of the investment is to modernise processing technology, digitalise production processes, and improve logistics support. Fructal operates in a highly competitive international market, where consistent quality, reliable supply, and traceability are key factors for maintaining a competitive advantage. Replacing and upgrading existing production equipment will reduce downtime, increase processing efficiency, and enable better process control, resulting in less waste, improved energy efficiency, and optimised water and energy consumption.
Part of the investment is also dedicated to digitalisation – modern communication systems, automated monitoring procedures, and the introduction of advanced AI-based solutions (machine vision) will improve traceability, quality control, and faster real-time decision-making. Upgraded logistics equipment and modern weighing, storage, and internal transport systems will increase safety, productivity, and material flow in production.
The overall investment thus enables a higher level of automation, more stable and efficient processing, and strengthens the reliability of production for domestic and foreign markets. The result is greater competitiveness for the company, lower operating costs, and support for Fructal's long-term growth and development.
